Reading Text
Our School Visit to a Landmark in West Java
Last Friday, I joined a school trip to Bandung, West Java. We went by bus early in the morning. Our teacher, Mrs. Rani, checked the attendance list. She reminded us to bring water and notebooks.
Our first destination was Gedung Sate. It is a famous landmark in Bandung. When we arrived, a tour guide welcomed us at the entrance. He explained the history of the building and told us when it was built. Many students took photos because it looks unique.
After that, we visited the Museum Konferensi Asia Afrika. Inside the museum, we saw old photographs and posters. My friends and I read the information carefully because it was very interesting. Mrs. Rani asked us to write three facts about the museum, and we did the task together.
In the afternoon, we walked along Braga Street. The street was crowded, but we stayed with our group. Some students bought souvenirs, and they shared snacks with others. Before going home, we talked about the trip and agreed that it was one of the best school visits this year.
