Building Your Answer
In the TOEFL test, you need to answer questions clearly. Let’s practice building simple, full answers. When someone asks you a question, listen for the question word (like What or When).

Question: When do you eat lunch?
Your answer should be a full sentence, not just one word.
Example 1:

- Don’t just say: “Art.”
- Say a full sentence: “My favorite subject is Art.”

Tips for Success
Here are two simple tips to help you speak more confidently.
- Speak Slowly and Clearly. Don’t rush! It’s better to speak slowly so people can understand you.
- Use Full Sentences. Practice answering with a full sentence. This is very good practice for the real test.
