Core Structure for Oral Summaries
To deliver a high-scoring spoken response, structure your speech into three main components:
- The Announcement Lead (10–15 seconds): State who is making the change, what the change is, and why it is happening.
- Key Detail 1 (15–20 seconds): Summarize the first main reason or implementation detail.
- Key Detail 2 (15–20 seconds): Summarize the second main reason or requirement.
